However, faced with the stark realities of a contracting market, Jannie pivoted, leveraging his legal background to establish a real estate venture. Initially named One Goal Properties, the journey was marked by invaluable lessons and gradual evolution. In 2018, rebranded as Property 777 Estate Agents, our commitment to excellence and client-centric ethos remains unwavering. Jannie Potgieter's journey from small-town Middelburg to the helm of Property 777 Estate Agents is a testament to resilience and adaptability. After obtaining his law degree from the University of Pretoria, Jannie embarked on a multifaceted legal career, culminating in his specialization as a conveyancer. Drawn by the promise of new horizons, he migrated to Nelspruit in 2007, laying the groundwork for the establishment of Property 777. Recognizing the importance of continuous learning and diversification, Jannie pursued accreditation as a real estate agent, attaining the esteemed NQF 5 qualification with MPRE status. Lizanne Potgieter originally graduated from the University of the Free State with a BSc. (Honors) Degree but has in the meantime started to apply her diligent skill set in the real estate industry.
